Daddy Wins!
My goal was to get the Christmas pictures up this week, but they may have to wait a few days. I couldn't resist blogging about our day today first. There has been an ongoing bet at our house about what Garrett would say first...dada or mama. He decided to end the bet tonight by proudly saying "Dada"! Daddy wins! It's amazing though. It seems that ever since he said it the first time, he just keeps saying it. He turned a switch on that I think may never turn back off. We're loving it!

Jayla didn't say mama until she was 18 months old, which was probably like a year after she said daddy. She said it the morning of my birthday last year and has certainly made up for the lost time...
that is so sweet! Lantz is practicing dada really hard with Mia, in hopes that she will say it first too.
